Refund policy

Returns You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Items on sale or marked as final sale

Refunds Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us at support@asmrgadgets.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
